All make-up classes require an appointment, which needs to be made online. All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your desired appointment time.
A class should be made up within one week or before the next class so that students do not fall behind.
We allow a 15-minute grace period to arrive for your appointed time. If you are late for your appointment, you may be asked to give up your place if there are no computers available when the students for the next time slot arrive.
Students who are missing many classes or wish to make up for a class that has not happened yet should call the office before booking their appointments.
Make-up Fees
When make-up lessons are scheduled at least 24 hours in advance:
- $5 fee for each make-up class due to the extra work it creates for our staff
- Students who register for video-only courses will NOT be subject to a make-up fee.
When make-up lessons are:
1) scheduled less than 24 hours in advance (by phone)
2) not scheduled
$10/class due at the time of make up
