Online Classes

Please check your emails often for more information. If you have not received any emails from us please email us at Admin@huntingtonedu.com.

Dear parents and students,

Many local schools announced on Friday that they are canceling classes for the next two weeks to slow the spread of coronavirus. We at Huntington Education consider the health and safety of our community our priority. We are suspending our in-person classes starting Monday (3/16) and will instead temporarily offer online classes. We expect to operate online for three weeks (3/16 – 4/3), and we will then close our offices as scheduled for Spring Break (4/6- 4/10). We will be monitoring new developments to determine whether classes will resume as usual on 4/13.

We are moving quickly to offer our classes online in a manner that continues to provide our students with high-quality enrichment. Moving online is a big undertaking, so please bear with us as we work out the procedure. The classes will combine live conferencing and pre-recorded instruction, and all homework will be provided digitally. Almost all classes will continue to meet at regularly scheduled times, and a make-up option will be available if you are unable to attend the live stream. There is a chance that some evening classes will be moved to an earlier time on the same day.

We will be sending an initial email that will explain how to set up your computer for our online classes. We will send this as soon as we can, but this email may not arrive until the day before your class. (We are working hard to get these details to you sooner.) Therefore, we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the final planning.
Best,

The Huntington Ed Team
