This course is focused on helping students achieve high grades at school in addition to preparing them for the AP test. We emphasize learning the underlying concepts rather than just memorizing formulas. Students will learn how to apply statistics to situations in everyday life. They will be exposed to exploring data, planning and conducting studies, anticipating patterns with probability and simulation, and testing hypotheses.
