Our instructor has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master of Science from Stanford University and is very experienced with teaching AP Physics. The class will not only prepare students for the AP and SAT II exams but will also help them with school curriculum. Physics I & II (formerly Physics B) will cover mechanics, fluids, thermal physics, electricity, magnetism, waves, optics, atomic physics, and nuclear physics. Although Physics C only covers mechanics, electricity, and magnetism, it is calculus-based and goes into more depth on the topics covered. The AP course is equivalent to the first year of college physics and will prepare students for further study in science and engineering.
